Technology - QA- Fresher

Responsibilities:
Test Planning: Develop test plans based on project requirements and specifications.

Test Case Development: Create detailed test cases to ensure comprehensive testing coverage.

Test Execution: Execute test cases manually or using automated testing tools.

Defect Reporting: Document and report defects found during testing, including steps to reproduce and severity.

Regression Testing: Conduct regression testing to ensure that previously developed and tested software still performs after a change.

Collaboration: Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to communicate test results and resolve issues.

Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve testing processes and tools to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date testing documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test results.

**Requirements**:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Experience: Previous experience in software testing, quality assurance, or related roles.

Technical Skills:
Proficiency in testing methodologies and techniques.

Familiarity with testing tools such as Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, etc.

Understanding of programming languages such as Java, Python, or others.

Experience with bug tracking systems (e.g., Jira, Bugzilla).

Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex systems and identify potential areas of risk.

Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey test results and collaborate with team members.

Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure thorough testing coverage and accurate defect reporting.

Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and requirements.

Optional/Preferred:
Certifications: Relevant certifications such as ISTQB Certified Tester, Certified Agile Tester, etc.

Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with the domain or industry of the software being tested (e.g., finance, healthcare, e-commerce).

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
