Greater Noida, India Kanchan Metals Pvt. Ltd. Full time

Manage the end-to-end process of sales orders, from receipt to fulfilment, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Generate and distribute accurate and timely invoices to customers based on sales orders, contracts, or service agreements.
- Monitor accounts receivable aging reports and follow up with customers to collect outstanding payments within specified payment terms.
- Review and reconcile customer accounts to ensure accuracy and resolve any discrepancies or billing errors.
- Prepare and maintain accounts receivable records, including customer account balances and payment history.
- Coordinate with various departments, including sales, procurement, logistics, and finance, to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
- Assist in the preparation of periodic financial reports, including accounts receivable aging reports, cash flow projections,
- Managing accounts receivables on the behalf of our customers and proper follow-up on timely manner.
- Maintain relationships with key customers and suppliers, addressing their needs, concerns, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist in resolving customer complaints, disputes, or issues related to sales, delivery, or product quality.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's or master's degree in Finance/Commerce or MBA.
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the finance or accounts department.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and suppliers.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience working with tally or any other management software.
- Knowledge of commercial and basic accounts or finance related day to day work.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
