- You will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth of the company's industrial automation solutions.
- You will be working with customers and team members to develop technical solutions that meet the customer's business goals.
- You will also be responsible for identifying business opportunities and creating strategies to capture them.
- Developing new customers and quoting within the authority
- Being accountable for achieving annual performance goals and growth.
- Sales prediction and competitiveness analysis.
- Improving customer relationships.
- Managing customer complaints and after-sales services.
- Managing customer visits and related affairs.
- Gathering and analyzing information on the market and competitors.
- Implementing and coordinating product development projects.
- Executing cross-regional communication and coordination on section business.
- Being accountable for the daily operation of single-function section-level teams.

**Qualifications**

To be considered for this role, the following qualifications are required:

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in sales of industrial automation solutions or related industries
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills
- Strong network, and ability to develop and maintain customer/account relationships
- Ability to develop product/solutions proposals that fit customer needs
- Fluency in English (writing and speaking)
- Ability to work in a team environment, handle deadlines, and manage priorities on multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience using sales software and CRM tools to manage sales pipeline is a plus
- Experience with industrial automation systems, software, and hardware is a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
