**Responsibilities**:
**Client Collaboration**:

- Establish a strong working relationship with clients, understanding their brand, goals, and target audience.
- Collaborate with clients to develop comprehensive social media marketing strategies aligned with their objectives.

**Strategy Development**:

- Create tailored social media marketing strategies for each client, including content themes, posting schedules, and engagement tactics.
- Research and analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and audience behavior to refine strategies.

**Content Creation**:

- Develop engaging and relevant content for various social media platforms, including text, images, videos, and graphics.
- Ensure that content aligns with the client's brand voice, values, and messaging.

Campaign Implementation:

- Execute social media campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.
- Schedule and publish posts, monitor comments and messages, and engage with the audience promptly.

Performance Monitoring:

- Track and analyze the performance of social media campaigns using analytics tools.
- Generate regular reports outlining key metrics, trends, and insights to share with clients.

Optimization and Growth:

- Identify areas for improvement and optimization within campaigns.
- Propose adjustments to strategies based on data analysis to enhance engagement, reach, and conversion rates.

Paid Advertising:

- Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and ad creation.
- Monitor ad performance and adjust strategies as needed to maximize ROI.

**Stay Updated**:

- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media marketing.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in social media marketing, including strategy development, content creation, and campaign execution.
- Proficiency in using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics platforms (e.g., Facebook Insights, Google Analytics).
- Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their respective best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Creative thinking and a knack for identifying engaging content ideas.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client projects simultaneously.
- Experience with paid social media advertising is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹9,256.20 - ₹37,879.94 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Social media marketing: 1 year (preferred)
