**Profile: Front Office Executive / Receptionist (Female)**
**Exp : 6 months
- 1 Years**
**Walk-In-Interview: 31st Jan 2024 to 1st Feb 2024**
**Interview Timing: 12 PM to 5 PM**
**Location: B-2, 5th Floor, Noida Sector-4**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Reception management and phone handling.
- Assisting visitors and directing them appropriately.
- Administrative support, including data entry and appointment coordination.
- Communication handling and mail distribution.
- Customer service for inquiries and complaints.
- Security and safety monitoring.
- Collaboration with other departments.
- Proficiency in office technology.
**Qualifications**:
- Graduation completed or pursue
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and office equipment.
- Professional and welcoming demeanor.
