**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Tender Management**: Manage the end-to-end tendering process, including identifying relevant government tenders, preparing and submitting bid documents, and ensuring compliance with all tender requirements.

**GEM Portal Expertise**: Be well-versed in the Government e-Marketplace (GEM) portal, including registration, bid preparation, and submission, to effectively participate in government tenders.

**Documentation**: Prepare and maintain accurate and comprehensive tender documents, including technical specifications, pricing, and compliance statements.

**Market Research**: Continuously monitor government tender opportunities, stay updated on industry trends, and identify potential projects for bidding.

**Coordination**: Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, technical, and legal, to gather necessary information and documentation for tender submissions.

**Compliance**: Ensure strict adherence to government procurement rules and regulations during the tendering process.

**Relationship Building**: Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in government departments and ministries to enhance the company's reputation and opportunities for tendering.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong interest in the technology field and the ability to understand technical specifications.
- Proficiency in using the Government e-Marketplace (GEM) portal for tendering processes is essential.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tender submissions simultaneously.
- Prior experience in tender management or government procurement (preferred but not mandatory)
