**Position: Social Media Strategist**

Role and Responsibilities: As a Social Media Strategist, you will play a critical role in shaping and executing social media strategies for our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to develop well-researched and data-driven plans that focus on audience growth, engagement enhancement, and measurable results. Key responsibilities include:

- Collaborating with clients to comprehend their business objectives, target audience, and unique value propositions.
- Creating comprehensive and customized social media strategies that align with clients' overarching marketing goals.
- Working closely with internal design teams to conceptualize visually appealing and brand-consistent content, including graphics, videos, and multimedia elements.
- Conducting thorough research to identify industry trends, competitive landscapes, and audience behaviors, providing insights for strategy development.
- Crafting content calendars outlining content types, posting schedules, and platform preferences.
- Formulating engaging content ideas that resonate with target audiences across various social media platforms.
- Nurturing relationships with influencers, partners, and relevant industry contacts to expand brand reach.
- Providing strategic recommendations based on data insights and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure the timely and coordinated creation of content, aligning with strategy objectives.

**Requirements**:

- Demonstrated experience as a Social Media Strategist or similar role, showcasing a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
- Profound understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices across various industries.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data, recognize trends, and refine strategies accordingly.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey intricate strategies and ideas effectively.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative content ideas aligned with brand identity and goals.
- Familiarity with paid social advertising, including ad creation and optimization experience.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to navigate challenges and drive results.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in agency environments or strategizing social media for multiple clients.
- Familiarity with SEO principles and their intersection with social media strategies.
- Expertise in social media listening and sentiment analysis tools.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design and video editing.
- Certifications in social media strategy or related fields.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
