**Title: Azure Networking Customer Support (pure technical role)**

**Experience: 3.5 to 5 years**

**Location: Pune, Hyderabad, Noida, Chennai, Kolkata**

**Notice period: 15 days**

**Requirements**:

- Strong Azure skills (experience in Azure cloud delivery, Data Center Migration or support)
- Layer 3 skill: Virtual Networks, Peering, Hub-Spoke Setup, UDR, Load balancer, Private Endpoint, Azure DNS, Routing, Azure Firewall, VPN (S2S, P2S), ExpressRoute, BGP, ARS, XWAN, Secure Hub, NVA skills (Fortinet/Checkpoint/Palo Alto/Cisco ASA/FIDX)
- Layer 7 skills: Application gateway, Traffic Manager, Front Door, WAF, CDN.
- Network troubleshooting skills on Routing, VPN, Wireshark captures, Express Route implementation.
- Good communication skills to talk to end customers and handle escalation calls.

Open to work in Shifts

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Temporary

- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday
- Rotational shift

**Experience**:
