**Administrative Support**:Manage and organize the reception area.
Handle mail and deliveries.
Assist with general clerical tasks, such as photocopying, faxing, filing, and data entry.
Maintain and update contact lists and office directories.

**Customer Service**:Provide exceptional customer service to clients, guests, and employees.
Address inquiries and provide information about the organization.
Handle customer complaints or concerns, escalating when necessary.

**Appointment Scheduling **:Schedule and manage appointments, meetings,and conference
Notify staff members of appointments and arrivals.

**Communication**:Relay messages and information to the relevant parties.
Communicate effectively with staff members and other departments.

**Security and Access Control **:Monitor and control access to the facility.
Issue visitor badges and maintain security protocols.

**Record Keeping **:Maintain accurate records of visitor logs, appointments, and deliveries.
Assist with the preparation and distribution of internal communications.

**Multitasking**:Handle multiple tasks simultaneously with attention to detail.

**Salary**: From ₹10,000.00 per month
