Job Description:
**Responsibilities**:
1. Capture high-quality video content for social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.

2. Operate DSR cameras and other equipment to ensure optimal footage quality and framing.

3. Work closely with the marketing team to understand content requirements and objectives for each project.

4. Film medical procedures and surgeries while adhering to strict protocols and maintaining patient privacy and confidentiality.

5. Collaborate with surgeons and medical staff to capture accurate and compelling footage of surgeries and other medical activities.

6. Ensure proper lighting, audio, and camera settings to achieve desired visual effects and clarity in the footage.

7. Assist with equipment setup and maintenance to ensure smooth operation during filming sessions.

8. Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in videography and social media content creation to continuously improve the quality of content produced.

**Requirements**:
1. Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience as a camera operator, preferably in a social media or healthcare setting.

2. Proficiency in operating DSR cameras and other professional video equipment.

3. Strong understanding of videography principles, including composition, lighting, and camera movements.

4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and schedules.

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and medical staff.

6. Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of quality and professionalism.

Pay: ₹9,790.94 - ₹23,000.00 per month
