Job Description:
**Responsibilities**:
1. Operate cameras to capture high-quality video footage in various settings and conditions, including interviews, events, and promotional videos.

2. Set up and adjust camera equipment, including lenses, lighting, and audio devices, to achieve desired shots and ensure optimal image quality.

3. Capture captivating photographs to complement video content, ensuring consistency in style and branding.

4. Collaborate with directors, producers, and clients to understand project requirements and creative vision.

5. Follow shot lists and scripts to ensure coverage of all necessary footage and photography shots.

6. Transfer and organize footage and photographs onto computer systems for editing purposes.

7. Edit video footage and photographs using industry-standard editing software, incorporating transitions, effects, and graphics as needed.

8. Enhance video and photo quality through color correction, retouching, and other post-production techniques.

9. Collaborate with clients or stakeholders to incorporate feedback and revisions into final deliverables.

10. Stay updated on industry trends and techniques to continually improve skills and workflow efficiency.

**Requirements**:
1. Proven experience as a Camera Operator and Photo Editor, with a portfolio of past work demonstrating proficiency in both areas.

2. Proficiency in operating professional-grade cameras and equipment, including DSLRs, camcorders, and accessories.

3. Strong understanding of videography and photography techniques, including composition, lighting, and framing.

4. Expertise in photo editing software such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, or similar programs.

5. Excellent attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.

6. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

7. Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.

8. A creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and visual communication.

9. Ability to problem-solve and troubleshoot technical issues as they arise.

10. Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Digital Media, Photography, or a related field (preferred but not required).
