**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide detailed information about Paredai’s services, including educational consultancy, visa guidance, and scholarship opportunities.
- Assist customers with scheduling consultations and follow-up on service inquiries.
- Resolve any customer issues or complaints efficiently and escalate to the appropriate department if necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and feedback.
- Collaborate with the admissions and marketing teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Stay up to date with the latest information about international education programs and services offered by Paredai.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the education or consulting industry.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to handle multiple customer inquiries simultaneously and provide efficient solutions.
- Familiarity with CRM software and basic office software (MS Office).
- Friendly and customer-oriented attitude.
