Job Description: In-Store Demonstrator

About Us:

Position: In-Store Demonstrator

Key Responsibilities:

- Demonstrate Kenstar products to customers.
- Execute effective sales techniques.
- Maintain product displays as per planogram.
- Update on competition and deploy marketing collaterals.
- Ensure a positive customer experience through client service.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 12th pass or pursuing graduate/graduate pursuing PG.
- Proficiency in regional languages.
- Age limit up to 35 years.

Remuneration:

- Up to INR 18,000 per month
- Incentives based on target achievement

Work Schedule:

- General store hours, 1 day off per week (any weekday)

**Requirements**:

- Effective communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Energetic and positive attitude.
- Previous experience in sales is advantageous.
