**Responsibilities**
- Post job requirement on job portals & social networking sites to fill in the requirements
- Arranging telephone, video, or in-person interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with Managers and follow up on their interview status.
- Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices
- Do regular follow-ups with hiring managers to conduct interview and close positions
- Collect documents of new employees as per standard checklist
- Make new staff understand about company policies and provide them with staff manual
- Let new staff process filling out forms, getting an overview of employment benefits, rules and regulations and so on
- Perform employee background verification by adding necessary input

**Desirable Qualifications**:

- Master Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Strong social aptitude and ability to build relationships

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
