**Job Title: Associate - Recruiter**

**Job Location: Baner, Pune**

Acuiti Labs come with the experience of multiple industry use cases to support the subscription and consumption-based Target Operating Models. This includes Mobility-as-a-Service (Travel using Public Transport and Private Vehicles), Tourism-as-a-Service (Hotels, Entertainment Parks), Ports-as-a-Service (Airports and Seaports), Postal-as-a-Service, Telco-as-a -service, and Software-as-a-Service. “Our core expertise and experience lie in providing reliable technology, enabling digital transformation for an intelligent enterprise, and offering business strategy consulting, and deploying innovative and efficient solutions.

**Responsibilities and Role**:

- Develop proactive sourcing strategies to engage and develop a pipeline of passive talent
- Experience working on any ATS (Application Tracking System) platform would be added advantage.
- Responsible for onboarding and all Joining formalities of employees
- Performing various administrative task and supporting our HR department and daily activities

**Your Education, Skills and Experience**:

- MBA/PGDMB - HR (Full-time)
- Have keen interest in Recruitment.
- Are an effective communicator who can establish rapport with people at all levels
- Have high energy levels, self-motivated, positive attitude.
- Have a strong sense of ownership for assigned tasks and willingness to go the extra miles
- Any prior experience into Recruitments will be added advantage
- Excellent Communication Skills and Team Player
