Job Title: US IT Recruiter - SAP (ERP Recruiter)
Location: Hyderabad, India
Job Type: Full-Time (Work from Office)
Work Hours: 10 pm - 6:00 am ( Night Shifts)
Responsibilities:
SAP Recruiting Expertise:** Source, screen, and place candidates for various SAP roles, including but not limited to:
SAP Functional Consultants
SAP Techno-Functional Consultants
SAP Technical Consultants
All SAP modules (e.g., FICO, SD, MM, HCM, BW, ABAP, BASIS, SuccessFactors, Ariba, etc.)
End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from understanding the client requirements to onboarding.
Market Understanding: Stay updated with SAP trends and technologies to effectively identify top talent.
Candidate Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates to ensure a positive recruitment experience.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Coordinate with hiring managers, account managers, and clients to align recruitment strategies with business needs.
Database Management: Maintain and update candidate databases and tracking systems with detailed notes and feedback.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies and US labor laws in recruitment practices.
Qualifications:
- Experience:8-10 years of experience as a US IT Recruiter, with a strong focus on SAP/ERP roles.
- Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of SAP technologies and modules.
Skills:
- Proficiency in sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, and other job boards.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Availability: Willingness to work in US time zones to meet recruitment deadlines.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in HR, Business, or a related field.
