This position will join our India team, operating out of our Bangalore office where we have nearly 100 team members.

CData Software's India office is located in Electronics city, Bengaluru, with about 90 employees.

If yes, this role could be for you.
We are looking for a student who is a self-starter, proactive, responsible, and a continuous learner, who has recently completed their Diploma or Degree to join our team for operational and IT support. As a G&A Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various operational and IT tasks and support our team in day-to-day operations. You must have the ability to perform comfortably in a fast-paced work environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Own and execute projects in various areas including IT networking, ERT & Inventory management, Employee communication and recognition, etc. in collaboration with the various functions.
- Manage office supplies inventory using effective supply chain management.
- Manage travel arrangements and logistics for India geography.
- Prepare and present reports for projects executed/ activities and create engaging presentations for internal communications.
- Own events/programs as assigned.
- Maintenance and troubleshooting of hardware and software systems, including computers, servers, printers, and networking equipment.
- Documentation of IT processes, procedures, and technical specifications.
- Support in researching emerging technologies and best practices in IT networking.
- To maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, Software (tools), and networking concepts.
- A self-starter, proactive, responsible, and a continuous learner.
- Good to have -Creativity, working knowledge of designing tools like Canva.
- Education qualification: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree. Students passed out in 2023 preferred.
