**Job Description**:

- Having experience as head/CTO/VP in the field of Research and Develop, technology transfer, Analytical development, Process Scale Up in organic synthesis, continuous flow chemistry, dialysis by in house laboratory in divers exposer in Pharma intermediate/ Specialty chemicals/Other aspects of chemical industries. - Handling a team of 10+ PHD person team under him in past. - To make executive decisions with regard to the technological interests, responsible for outlining the company's technological vision, implementing technology strategies, and ensuring that the technological resources are aligned with the company's business needs. - Overall responsible for research planning, Organic synthesis lab, Zeolite lab, electro dialysis, Pilot plant, and implementing new programs and protocols into company and the development of new products. - Regular Interaction for successful commercialization of R & D, pilot Plant, QA, QC and production team. - Successfully done CRAMs projects, fine & specialty chemicals, having divers chemistry experience. Develop technical aspects of the company's strategy to ensure alignment with its business goals Discover and implement new technologies that yield competitive advantage in market. Execute technology profitable for organisation. Supervise system infrastructure to ensure functionality and efficiency. - Build R &D, technology Transfer & ADlL and data protection processes. Monitor KRA to fulfill technological performance. - Attain a bunch of R & D /new technology /new chemical market seminars /exhibitionsCommunicate technology strategy to partners and investors
