Job Title: Tele Sales Executive

Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:
1. Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers from provided lead lists.

2. Introduce company products or services, highlighting their benefits and features.

3. Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.

4. Close sales deals over the phone and achieve monthly sales targets.

5. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

6. Keep accurate records of sales activities, including call logs, lead information, and sales transactions.

7. Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for increasing sales opportunities and improving overall sales performance.

8. Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activities to effectively position company offerings in the market.

9. Provide feedback to management on customer preferences, market conditions, and product performance.

**Requirements**:
1. Proven experience in telesales, preferably in a similar industry.

2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

3. Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.

4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

5. Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets.

6. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.

7. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales or marketing is a plus.

8. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

9. Positive attitude, resilience, and persistence in pursuing sales opportunities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
