**Responsibilities:

- **
- Actively maintain the in-house client relationship management for the Sales force.
- Identify and cold calling for new business opportunities
- Provide support to and work cooperatively with other members of the sales team to achieve objectives. Accomplishes own tasks in support of team goals and actively offers to help colleagues.
- Preparing timely reports for business analysis.
- Keep accurate records of the conversations, so these can be fed back to our clients
- Answers telephones in a prompt, courteous, and pleasant manner
- Encourage repeat calls for business by networking with existing customers
- Communicate and provide updated/relevant packages accordingly
- Answer inbound calls from current and customers needing to book upcoming personal and professional travel; including, hotels, flights, rental cars and activities in their destinations.

**Qualifications for telesales executive:

- **
- A strong record in successful B2B sales (Preferably Hospitality)
- Sales focused with excellent customer service
- Excellent communication skills (English and Hindi ), spoken and written
- Diploma holder or above with minimum 1 year of experience in sales or customer services
- Possess strong selling techniques
- Highly persuasive, self-motivated, self-confident and customer service oriented

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- Sales: 1 year (preferred)
