**About the Role**:To undertake all aspects of financial management, including corporate accounting, regulatory & financial reporting, budget & forecasts preparation, development of internal control policies & procedures and financial risk mgmt.

**Location**: Mumbai

**Responsibilities**:

- Issuing sales invoices, credit note debit note etc.
- Posting day to day sale entries
- Bank receipt reconciliation
- Ensuring cancellation and grievance refunds happen on time
- Debtor's ledger closure
- Managing OTA ledger closure
- Maintaining zero suspense
- Ensures company systems, policies, and procedures are adhered while functioning with accuracy and timeliness.
- Maintain a database and provide reports as and when requested by management.
- Provide administrative support during budget preparation and participate in quarterly and annual audits.

**Required Skills**:

- A user-centric approach to drive higher satisfaction among owner, vendors
- In-depth knowledge of accounts payable principles, accounting standards, and industry regulations.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate and manage.
- Strong hold on Microsoft excel and Google Sheets skills
- Ability to deliver results under pressure and within the deadline.
- Strongly inclined to do high-quality and impactful work in a dynamic environment.

**Qualification and Experience**:

- Bachelor/ Master's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
