Performance Marketer

The PPC Specialist/Manager is responsible for managing paid advertising campaigns across various platforms with the goal of maximizing ROI, traffic, and lead acquisition. The individual will be responsible for planning, implementing, analyzing, and optimizing PPC campaigns, ensuring they align with the broader digital marketing strategy.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **PPC Campaign Management**:
- Plan, create, and manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other paid advertising platforms.
- Perform daily account management of PPC campaigns, including ad copy, keyword research, bid management, and performance monitoring.
- Monitor and adjust campaign budgets, bids, and schedules to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
- **Keyword & Audience Research**:
- Conduct detailed keyword research to identify new opportunities, optimize existing campaigns, and ensure alignment with the target audience.
- Utilize audience segmentation and targeting techniques to increase campaign relevance and performance.
- **Ad Copy & Creative Development**:
- Write compelling ad copy and collaborate with the design team to create effective ad creatives.
- Perform A/B testing on ad copy, creatives, and landing pages to continuously improve conversion rates.
- **Analytics & Reporting**:
- Track and analyze the performance of all campaigns using analytics tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, or other third-party platforms.
- Generate and present detailed reports on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
- **Optimization & Scaling**:
- Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns to improve CTR (Click-Through Rate), conversion rates, and overall return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Test and implement new bidding strategies, targeting techniques, and ad formats.
- **Competitor Analysis & Benchmarking**:
- Keep up to date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Conduct competitor analysis to benchmark performance and find areas for improvement.
- **Budget & Resource Management**:
- Manage campaign budgets effectively to ensure a high return on investment.
- Allocate spending based on campaign performance and optimize to meet financial targets.
- **Collaboration with Internal Teams**:
- Work closely with SEO, content, and analytics teams to align PPC efforts with overall digital marketing strategies.
- Coordinate with web development teams to ensure proper landing page setup and tracking for campaigns.
**Qualifications & Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience managing PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
- Proficiency with tools like Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Facebook Ads Manager, and Excel for data analysis.
- Strong understanding of search engine marketing (SEM), display advertising, retargeting, and keyword bidding strategies.
- Experience with A/B testing, landing page optimization, and conversion tracking.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions based on insights.
- Certifications in Google Ads, Bing Ads, or Facebook Ads (preferred).
**Preferred Skills**:
- Experience with e-commerce or D2C PPC campaigns.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical details to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with programmatic advertising and other advanced PPC techniques.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
