Key Responsibilities:
Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns to ensure maximum ROI.

Conduct keyword research, market analysis, and competitive research to tailor marketing efforts to our target audience.

Utilize analytics tools to monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, and make data-driven decisions to improve future marketing strategies and campaigns.

Implement A/B testing to refine ad copy, landing pages, and overall campaign strategy.

Work closely with the content and design teams to create engaging and effective ad creatives and landing pages.

Manage the marketing budget effectively, allocating spending wisely across channels to achieve marketing and business objectives.

Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and changes in performance marketing, digital marketing tools, platforms, and strategies.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Performance Marketer, Digital Marketer, or a similar role, with a strong portfolio of successful marketing campaigns.

In-depth knowledge of various digital marketing platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Advertising, and others.

Experience with analytics and reporting tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc.

Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking to analyze data and translate insights into actionable marketing strategies.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
