Checking and Scrutiny of documents lodged by buyers and sellers of NSE shares received by mail from NSE after completion of Stage 1 (in Principle approval)

Segregate the transactions into two buckets - ok and query cases

Arrange to e mail the query to the respective parties for additional documents / query resolution

Checking of all ok cases for Corporate Action Form preparation and checking the CA forms once ready

Handling e mail/ telephone queries from NSE, sellers, buyers or other intermediaries

Sending the CA forms to NSE in PDF form for approval of affixing signatures (physical or digital)

Upload of signed CA forms to Depository portal (NSDL/CDSL as the case may be) and capture the Ack number

Send the forms for execution of CA to the concerned team in Depository

**Education/Qualification**: Any Graduate in finance background.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
