**Responsibilities**:

- Good knowledge and understanding of infosec and Network Security. Help to define and document parameter/ criteria for member shortlisting that needs to submit compliances for System Audits, Cyber Security Audits, Incident reporting.
- Track “REPORT” submission and identify & report the anomalies to the exchange.
- Identify and report critical non-compliances for the Algo trading members to the NSE Inspection Team.
- Identify and share list of defaulting member details based on Late submissions /Non submissions and Track action required and action taken by the members.
- Share member wise disciplinary action list with NSE Inspection Team.
- Track and identify SEBI circulars for System Audits, Cyber Security Audits, and Incident Reporting and Share the relevant circulars with NSE Inspection Team, as and when they are released.
- Discuss/clarify with SEBI and other MIIs in relation to System Audit, Cyber Security Audit, and Incident Reporting.
- Suggest NSE Inspection Team on the development/ enhancements/ automation/ opportunities for improvement in the existing Compliance process on incident basis.
- Share Business Requirement document (BRD) and Test cases with the Tech Team and Perform UAT.

**Skills & qualifications**:

- Good experience in Audit/Compliance/Risk Management.
- Ability to lead and motivate the team.
- Good knowledge of Risks and Controls in Business processes and IT General Controls.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Results-oriented and comfortable as an individual contributor on certain deliverables.
- Proactive, self-starter and motivated, must be able to work without frequent direct supervision.
- Knowledge of leading practices around IT controls, such as the COBIT, NIST, or ISO27000 frameworks.
- Excellent knowledge of technology and cybersecurity trends and tools.
- Excellent project management and administrative skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access etc.).
- Desirable Certifications: CISA / CISM.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
