We have a join opening for an Billing Executive

Experience : 1+Years.

Loacation: Tumkur.

**International Logistics:

- **

1. Enquiry.
- Existing customer enquiry received by & Mail.
- New customer enquiry received by Mail, Phone calls & Walk in.

2. Enquiry assigned
- Select right service providers for the order.
- For new customer pricing should be taken from billing department.
- Follow up & Finalization of pricing.
- Update finalized pricing to billing team.
- Inform to Pick up department.
- Route assign (Jagadeesh & Shekhar)

3. Booking of parcel.
- Pricing approval should be taken for new customers.
- Online booking should be done.
- Generate airway bill.
- Share airway bill to customer.
- Send Airway bill & Invoice with parcel
- Parcel reaches Bangalore connection centre.

4. Tracking.
- Tracking on daily basis until it delivered.
- Share MIS to customer on daily basis.
- If any Challenges faced will be rectified.

**Salary**: ₹13,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
