*Job Overview:*

*Key Responsibilities:*

1. *Administrative Support:*
- Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as required.

2. *Data Management and Googling:*
- Utilize MS Office/Excel proficiently to manage and analyze data, generate reports, and create spreadsheets.
- Conduct internet research and use Google efficiently to gather information, compile data, and assist in decision-making processes.

3. *HR Domain Knowledge:*
- Assist in HR-related tasks such as onboarding new employees, managing HR documentation, and coordinating HR initiatives as directed by the CEO.

4. *IT Background:*
- Provide technical support to the CEO as needed, troubleshoot IT-related issues, and assist in managing digital platforms and tools.

5. *Multitasking and Communication:*
- Handle multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize workload effectively, and ensure timely completion of assignments.
- Communicate efficiently with internal and external stakeholders, demonstrating strong verbal and written communication skills.

6. *ChatGPT Knowledge and Learning Mindset:*
- Maintain a learning mindset, continuously expanding knowledge and skills to adapt to evolving business needs and technology trends.

7. *Adaptability and Pressure Handling:*
- Adapt quickly to changes in priorities, deadlines, and work environments, demonstrating resilience and flexibility.
- Handle pressure situations with composure and professionalism, maintaining focus and delivering results under tight deadlines.

8. *Team Management and Leadership:*
- Lead and manage administrative support staff, providing guidance, mentorship, and support as needed.

*Qualifications:*
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an executive secretary or similar role, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and documentation.
- Excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- ChatGPT knowledge or experience is a plus.
- Strong presentation skills and a professional demeanor.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.

Pay: ₹15,594.24 - ₹22,544.16 per month
