Oversee a ready-mix concrete laboratory, carry out testing for laboratory and batching plant trial mixes. Taking care of QA/QC documents of the entire project including certificates, calibration, test results, inspection requests, non-compliance reports and site instruction/observations, permanent materials delivered and other QA/QC documents. Handling overall responsibility of plant level implementation of QC plan. - Assessment of customer requirements and preparation of new mix designs. - Analysis of data, root cause and recommendation on corrective action taken. - Taking approval from Branch Manager regarding implementation or purchasing of new items in QC lab/plant. - Taking continually trials for mix optimization and seek necessary advice from Sr. Manager QC. - Testing of material with external agencies as per test plan. Evaluation & Inspection of raw material including cement as per QA/QC plan. - Acceptance of the raw material as per the norms laid by in SOP. - Conducting and report mix design trails for regular & value added concrete (VAC) products. - Creating mix code for newly updated concrete mix product in SAP software. Report generation and report submission of raw material, mix design & test reports. - Execution of value added concrete product at site and handling the complaints raised by customer. - Visiting the site for checking concrete quality during execution. - Analyzing plant based test results. Taking care of Customer complaints.

**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
