**Qualification**:Civil Engineering/Diploma

**Experience**:Must from RMC Plant

Controlling the quality of concrete at plant & on site dispatched from batching plant.
- Testing of incoming materials, mix design of concrete & conducting trails.
- Ensuring that concrete is produced in accordance with the specifications and agreed procedures.
- Completing all necessary documentation related to the work and co-ordinate daily plant inspections.
- Testing and analysis of concrete and cement properties in fresh and hardened state.
- Complete all necessary documents related to the work and co-ordinate daily plant inspections.
- Coordinate with the Clients for inspection and meeting about quality problems including the closure of Non-Compliance Report.

All lab tests of raw material like Cement, Fine Aggregates, Course Aggregates &conduct Concrete test, Fine & Course Aggregates test, Moisture Content, Water Absorption. Sp. Gravity, Silt content by weight and volume, sieve analysis, bulk density, Flakiness & Elongation index, Aggregates impact tests etc. Slump Cone test, Compressive test for bricks, blocks, & Cubes, flexural test for Beam, Design Correction for moisture, Documentation of all raw material, Maintain Cube Register, All soil test like, Grain size analysis, FSI,LL & PI, Proctor Test and CBR. Co Ordination with clients about Quality & Quantity of materials required for Construction.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
