Job Title: Solar Sales Executive
Reports to: Sales Manager/Director
Location: Delhi/NCR

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Business Development:
1. Identify and target potential customers (residential, commercial, industrial).
2. Conduct site assessments and provide customized solar energy solutions.
3. Build and maintain relationships with existing and new customers.
4. Meet and exceed sales targets.
5. Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market share.
Customer Engagement:
1. Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
2. Provide exceptional customer service and support.
3. Gather feedback and insights to improve products and services.
4. Foster strong relationships with key decision-makers.
Product Knowledge:
1. Develop in-depth knowledge of solar energy systems, components, and technology.
2. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market developments.
Administrative Tasks:
1. Manage sales pipeline, forecasts, and reports.
2. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales performance.
3. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, etc.).
**Requirements**:
Essential:
1. 2+ years of sales experience in the solar/renewable energy industry.
2. Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
3. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Desirable:
1. Experience with solar energy system design and installation.
2. Knowledge of energy efficiency and sustainability.
3. Familiarity with CRM software.
4. Certification in sales or marketing.
**Skills**:1. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
2. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
3. Ability to adapt to changing market conditions.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
5. Valid driver's license (if applicable).
