**Essential Responsibilities**:
l Team Handling

l Project Management

l Establishing, developing and managing relationship with Realtor's

l Developers, Property Investor and end users

l Understanding clients requirement and financial and Negotiation through

l win situation between client and developers.

l Handling Face to Face inquiry.

l Being a Central point of contact for business issue.

l Build and maintain strong client relationship to Pave the way for future

l relationships and develop referral network

**Desired** **Skills**:

- Good in English, Gujarati & Hindi communication.
- Must have Real Estate experience.
- Analyze the customer’s needs and convince them.
- Professional Sales Attitude.
- Energetic sound and polite aggression on calls.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills.
- Customer-Focused Mindset.
