Interior Solutions Sales Executive

Position Overview:
As a Sales Executive at our Interior Design and Furniture Manufacturing Company, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and expanding our customer base. You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and offering customized solutions to enhance their spaces. In addition, you will utilize digital marketing strategies, social media platforms, and online sales platforms to maximize sales opportunities. Your primary focus will be on generating revenue, meeting sales targets, and contributing to the growth of the company.
**Responsibilities**:
1. Sales Generation:
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research.
- Utilize digital marketing techniques and social media platforms to generate leads and attract potential clients.
- Leverage online sales platforms, such as Amazon, to expand our reach and increase sales.
- Present our products and services to prospective customers, both in person and through virtual presentations.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, providing accurate information and addressing any concerns.
2. Relationship Management:
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, architects, designers, contractors, and other industry professionals.
- Understand client requirements, preferences, and budgets to offer tailored solutions that align with their needs.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction throughout the sales process and beyond.
- Coordinate with the design team to create videos and presentations showcasing our products for effective marketing and sales.
3. Sales Strategies and Planning:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue growth.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities.
- Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote our products and expand brand awareness.
- Analyze sales data, track performance metrics, and prepare regular reports to assess progress and identify areas for improvement.
4. Product Knowledge and Expertise:
- Acquire in-depth knowledge of our interior design and furniture offerings, understanding their features, benefits, and technical specifications.
- Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and emerging trends in interior design and furniture manufacturing.
- Conduct product demonstrations and trainings for clients to showcase the functionality and quality of our products.
5. Online Sales Coordination:
- Collaborate with the online sales manager to coordinate and optimize sales efforts on digital platforms.
- Assist in the creation of online marketing campaigns and content to drive traffic and generate leads.
- Coordinate with the design team to create engaging videos and visuals of our products for online promotion.
- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and reviews on online sales platforms, ensuring a positive customer experience.
**Requirements**:
- Proven work experience as a Sales Executive or similar role, preferably in the interior design or furniture industry.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to understand client needs and offer suitable design and furniture solutions.
- Proficiency in digital marketing techniques and social media platforms for sales and promotion.
- Experience with online sales platforms, such as Amazon, and coordination with online sales managers.
- Ability to create and deliver effective presentations.
- Flexibility to travel and attend industry events as required.
We offer a competitive salary package, including base salary and commission, along with opportunities for growth and advancement in a dynamic and creative environment.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
