Hiring for Flutter development trainer

Red & White Multimedia Education Official is currently looking to hire Flutter development trainer to join our team.

Work Location - Surat, Gujarat.

**Responsibilities**:
Faculty should be responsible for all activities related to the academic department such as company-oriented teaching, scheduling regular lectures and/or workshop lectures of the students.
- To take lectures, exams, viva & assessment of students.
- Make students follow the rules & regulations of the institute.
- Upgrade technical knowledge through training of technical skills to match company updated standards.
- Arrange batches through coordination with the faculty head/academic coordinator.
- To create supportive materials and project examples for ease of understanding for the students.
- Attend meetings of the department/institute.
- Sorting out issues and challenges faced by students and parents through technical counselling.
- Perform occasional and related duties as assigned by the faculty head.
- To fill, maintain, check and evaluate data & records of ERP.
- Involve in activities conducted inside or outside of the institute whenever required as part of the academic

department.
- Follow & maintain compliance with all policies, guidelines, SOP and procedures of the institute and department.

**Technical skills required**:

- C, C++
- Dart
- Core Flutter
- Advance Flutter
- API Creation

**Qualifications**:
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

- Bachelors/Master’s in Computer Application /Information Technology
- Small duration courses /digital courses related to the field would be an added advantage.
- Must have 6 months to 2 years of experience as a Faculty or Trainer.

**Additional Requirements**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with faculties,

management staff and parents of students
- Excellent problem-solving, managing, and leading abilities of students
- Decision-making ability
- Excellent computer proficiency in respective technical skill
- While taking lectures, maintaining a positive attitude, and providing exemplary service.
- Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given

prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
