**Job Title**: IT Trainers (Flutter, Full Stack, UI/UX & Graphics Design)

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. _**Conduct IT Training Sessions**_: Deliver engaging and informative training sessions on various IT topics, ensuring that participants gain practical skills and knowledge.

2. _**Curriculum Development**_: Develop and update training materials, including presentations, exercises, and assessments, to align with industry trends and standards.

3. _**Technical Support**_: Provide technical support to training participants during and after training sessions, addressing questions and concerns related to the training content.

4. _**Assessment and Evaluation**_: Assess the progress of participants through regular evaluations and assignments, providing constructive feedback to support their learning journey.

5. _**Stay Current with Industry Trends**_: Stay abreast of the latest developments in the IT industry and incorporate relevant updates into training programs.

6. _**Collaboration**_: Collaborate with the training team, instructional designers, and other stakeholders to continuously enhance the effectiveness of training programs.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an IT Trainer or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of IT concepts, programming languages, and relevant technologies.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to adapt training approaches to suit the needs of diverse learners.

**Technical Competency**:

- For Flutter (C, C++, Dart, Core Flutter, Advance Flutter, ASO & Earning)
- For Full Stack (HTML, CSS, SASS, LESS, MEDIA QUERY, JQUERY, BOOTSTRP, WORDPRESS, SEO, FTP, HOSTING, JavaScript, NodeJS, ReactJS, ExpressJS, MongoDB)
- For UI/UX & Graphics Design (Figma, Illustrator After Effect, Coral, InDesign, Photoshop, 3Ds Max)

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
