**Job Description**:
As a Billing Executive, your main responsibility is to handle billing operations within the company. You will ensure accurate and timely invoicing to customers or clients for the products or services provided. Here's what your job involves:
Invoicing: You'll be responsible for generating invoices based on the products or services sold by the company. This involves compiling accurate information about the products or services provided and calculating the appropriate charges.

Record Keeping: Maintaining meticulous records of all transactions is crucial. You'll need to keep track of invoices issued, payments received, and outstanding balances. This helps in ensuring that all financial records are up-to-date and accurate.

Billing Queries: Handling billing queries from customers or clients is part of your job. This may involve clarifying invoice details, addressing payment discrepancies, or resolving any issues related to billing.

Payment Processing: Once payments are received, you'll need to process them efficiently. This involves recording payments in the system, updating customer accounts, and ensuring that payments are applied correctly to outstanding invoices.

Follow-Up: Sometimes, customers may have outstanding balances. You'll be responsible for following up with them to ensure timely payment. This may involve sending reminders, making phone calls, or negotiating payment arrangements.

Reporting: Providing regular reports on billing activities to management is essential. This helps in monitoring the financial health of the company and identifying any areas that may need improvement.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
