**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top IT talent
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific hiring needs and preferences.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing to offer acceptance.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities in our applicant tracking system.
- Stay informed about current trends and developments in the IT industry and related fields.

**Requirements and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 1 year of experience in IT recruiting, preferably in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Strong understanding of the IT industry and the technical skills and competencies required for various IT roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

- Noida - 201301, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
