- Oversee daily housekeeping operations, including room cleaning, public areas, and laundry services.
- Ensure timely and efficient turnaround of guest rooms and public spaces.
- Monitor and maintain quality control to ensure adherence to hotel standards.
- ** Team Leadership**:
- Assist in recruiting, training, and supervising housekeeping staff.
- Schedule and assign daily tasks to the housekeeping team.
- Conduct regular team briefings to communicate objectives and performance expectations.
- ** Inventory Supplies**:
- Monitor stock levels of cleaning supplies, linens, and guest amenities.
