**Responsibilities**:

Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of professionals, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback. Foster a positive work culture that promotes collaboration and innovation.

Business Development: Identify new opportunities for growth, evaluate potential partnerships and acquisitions, and develop strategies to expand Amazon's market presence.

Financial Management: Oversee budgeting, financial forecasting, and cost management. Drive initiatives to optimize revenue generation and cost efficiencies.

Operational Excellence: Streamline processes, improve operational efficiency, and implement best practices to enhance productivity and customer experience.

Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including partners, vendors, and regulatory bodies.

Data-driven Decision Making: Leverage data and analytics to inform strategic decisions, identify trends, and drive business insights.

Innovation and Technology: Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies. Drive innovation initiatives to enhance products, services, and processes.

Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with other teams and departments within Amazon to drive synergy, foster collaboration, and achieve business objectives.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ambala, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
