E-commerce Executive

Job Summary: As an Amazon E-commerce Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of an online store hosted on the Amazon e-commerce platform. Your duties will include managing product listings, inventory, customer service, and marketing campaigns. You will work closely with Amazon's advertising and product teams to optimize the online store's performance and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the online store's product listings, including creating new listings and optimizing existing ones for better search visibility and conversions.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure that products are in stock and ready to ship.
- Provide top-notch customer service by answering inquiries, resolving issues, and processing returns and refunds.
- Analyze sales data and metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with Amazon's product and advertising teams to optimize the online store's performance and achieve sales targets.
- Stay up-to-date with e-commerce industry trends and best practices, and make recommendations for improvement.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ambala, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- E-commerce: 1 year (preferred)
