**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and oversee the company's e-commerce website.
- Update the website with new products, descriptions, and images.
- Monitor and analyze website traffic and sales performance, making adjustments as needed.
- Coordinate with the inventory team to ensure product availability and timely updates.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints related to online purchases.
- Keep up-to-date with e-commerce trends and technologies to improve website performance.
- Manage and optimize online marketplaces and third-party platforms (e.g., Amazon, eBay).
- Produce reports on website performance, sales, and marketing campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with shipping and logistics to ensure smooth order fulfillment and returns.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in an e-commerce role.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and digital marketing strategies.
- Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in analytics tools.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Familiarity with SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
