**Job Title**: Experienced Female Sales Executive

You will be responsible for driving sales, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving revenue targets. This position requires a highly motivated individual who is passionate about sales and possesses a strong understanding of the sales process.

**Responsibilities**:
**Collaboration**:Work closely with the marketing team and management to align sales strategies with marketing initiatives, optimize lead generation efforts, and maximize sales opportunities.
**Voice Meetings**:Conduct regular voice meetings with prospects to understand their needs, present solutions, address concerns, and move them through the sales pipeline.
**Proposal Development**:Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and presentations to prospective clients, highlighting the unique value proposition of our services.
**Quotation and Offer**:Prepare accurate and competitive quotations, proposals, and offers for clients, ensuring alignment with their requirements and budget constraints.
**Negotiation and Closing Deals**:Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to ensure win-win outcomes and successfully close sales deals.

**Customer Service**:Provide exceptio**n**al customer service before, during, and after the sales process to ensure customer satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.

**Achieving Sales Targets**:Meet or exceed sales targets set by the management team on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.

**Client Relationship Management**:Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by understanding their needs, addressing their concerns, and providing appropriate solutions.
**Market Research**: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends, analyze competitor activities, and stay updated on industry developments.

**Continuous Learning**:Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and sales techniques through ongoing training and professional development activities.

**Skills**:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English to effectively communicate with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Excellent ability to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with team members, build rapport with clients, and establish trust-based relationships.
- Flexibility to work under pressure, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and adapt to changing situations and priorities.
- Basic understanding of technologies such as website development and digital marketing to effectively communicate with clients and understand their needs.

**Work Environment**:

- This is a full-time position based in our office premises. Remote work is not available.
- The position offers a competitive salary package in line with industry standards.
