**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share in the healthcare sector.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within hospitals, clinics, and healthcare institutions.
- Understand customer needs and requirements, and tailor product/service offerings to meet those needs effectively.
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and negotiations to close sales deals.
- Renew and manage leads coming from all subscribed platforms such as India Mart.
- Training will be provided.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to customers.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities for growth.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and analyses to management.
- Should have a basic understanding and market of the products of.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of successful sales experience in the healthcare industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to understand complex customer requirements and propose tailored solutions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel within the Hyderabad region as required.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience selling healthcare products and services in the Hyderabad market.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
