**Graphic Designer**

She/He as a graphic designer will be responsible for creating and delivering various design solutions that meet the objectives of the company or client. They collaborate with teams to understand project requirements and produce design assets that convey the desired message, style, and tone. The graphic designer utilizes their artistic and creative skills to produce visually appealing designs across multiple platforms.

**Responsibilities**:
Collaborate with internal teams or clients to understand design requirements, objectives, and target audience.

Develop design concepts, graphics, and layouts for print and digital media, including but not limited to: logos, brochures, banners, posters, websites, social media graphics, and more.

Use design software and tools to create and manipulate visual elements, ensuring high-quality output.

Incorporate feedback and make necessary revisions to designs based on critique and input from stakeholders.

Stay updated on design trends, industry developments, and emerging technologies to continuously improve design skills.

Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and prioritizing tasks effectively.

Work closely with copywriters, marketers, and other team members to ensure cohesive and effective design and messaging.

Maintain a consistent brand identity and design standards across all materials and platforms.

Assist in the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns, promotional materials, and branding strategies.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), CorelDRAW, etc.

Strong understanding of design principles, layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.

Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative design concepts.

Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.

Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and meet deadlines.

Portfolio showcasing a range of design projects that demonstrate technical skills and creativity.

**Preferred Skills**:
Experience with motion graphics, video editing, or 3D design is a plus.

Familiarity with web design principles, user experience (UX) design, and responsive design concepts.

Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web development tools can be beneficial.

Experience in creating designs for social media platforms and understanding of their specific requirements.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
