**Job Description**:
We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our team in Jaipur. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and effective designs for various marketing and promotional materials. This position requires a Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field, along with 3 to 4 years of relevant work experience. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign) is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
Design and create visually compelling graphics, including but not limited to, brochures, posters, banners, social media graphics, website elements, and other marketing materials.

Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to understand project requirements, objectives, and target audience.

Develop and maintain a strong understanding of branding guidelines and ensure that all designs are consistent with the company's brand identity.

Conceptualize and execute creative ideas that effectively communicate the desired message.

Produce high-quality graphics and illustrations that meet design standards and specifications.

Adapt designs to various digital and print platforms while ensuring the highest quality output.

Stay updated on industry trends, design tools, and best practices to continually enhance design skills and knowledge.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field.

3 to 4 years of professional experience in graphic design.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

Strong knowledge of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.

Excellent creativity and artistic skills with an eye for detail.

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
