Service Coordinator

_Key Responsibilities:_
1. Coordination and Logistics:
Coordinate service activities efficiently, including scheduling appointments, dispatching service personnel, and managing service logistics to ensure timely completion of tasks.
2. Service Record Management:
Maintain and update service records on a daily basis to track service history, equipment status, and customer interactions accurately.
3. Proposal and Pro-forma Invoice Generation:
Prepare proposals and pro-forma invoices for service-related matters, ensuring accuracy and completeness in line with customer requirements.
4. Payment Follow-up:
Follow up on payments for services rendered, ensuring timely receipt of dues from customers and addressing any payment issues promptly.
5. Customer Engagement for AMC:
Call customers to discuss Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) and promote the benefits of renewal to ensure continued service agreements.
6.AMC Renewal Follow-up:
Follow up with customers to renew their AMC contracts before expiration, maintaining a proactive approach to customer relationship management.
7. Service Personnel Performance Monitoring:
Monitor the performance of service personnel on a monthly basis, including assessing productivity, efficiency, and adherence to service standards.
8. Monthly Target Achievement:
Set and strive to achieve monthly targets for service delivery, spare parts sales, and AMC renewals to meet organizational goals and revenue targets.
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Kasba, Kolkata, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
