School Admissions Officer

Applications are invited for multiple openings of School Admission Officer across different locations of Tamilnadu and Puducherry.
**Job responsibilities**:
- Lead generation and conversion
- Meeting monthly and annual sales targets
- Using and managing the CRM system to track and manage leads and inquiries
- Booking and coordinating school tours for prospective students
- Interviewing and counselling prospective students
- Enrolling students, maintaining student files and records
- Give presentations to prospective students at various events
- Attend job fairs, make visits to Newcomer centres, Employment agencies, etc to recruit students
- Initiate and manage the full sales cycle from beginning to end
- Work on lead generation and follow-up on existing leads provided by school
- Organize student orientations and assist with marketing/social media as required
- Other tasks or assignments as assigned by the Director
**Skills**:
- Excellent communication skills - verbal and written
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using Microsoft office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Efficient time management and prioritizing skills
- Strong problem-solving skills - Fluency in written and verbal English is critical
- Persistence and use of aggressive sales techniques when required
- Exceptional negotiation skills
**Qualifications & experience**:
- Undergraduate / postgraduate degree or diploma in sales, business or marketing
- At least 2-3 years of sales, consultative sales or admissions experience
- Experience working in the admissions or student recruitment role at a college or school
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
