**Responsibilities**:
**Office Management**:
- Oversee the daily operations of the office, ensuring a well-organized and tidy environment.
- Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels and timely reordering.
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs of office equipment and facilities.
**Administrative Support**:
- Handle general administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and correspondence.
- Assist with scheduling and organizing meetings, appointments, and college events.
- Prepare and distribute internal communications and memos.
**Document Management**:
- Maintain accurate records and documentation, both physical and digital.
- Organize and manage files, ensuring easy retrieval and proper storage.
**Financial Administration**:
- Assist with basic financial tasks such as processing invoices, tracking expenses, and managing petty cash.
- Support the preparation of financial reports and documentation.
**Event Planning**:
- Assist in planning and organizing college events, meetings, and conferences.
- Coordinate logistics, including booking venues, arranging catering, and preparing materials.
**Qualifications**:
**Educational Background**:
- A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
- An associate or bachelor’s degree in business administration, office management, or a related field is preferred.
**Problem-Solving Abilities**:
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to resolve administrative issues effectively.
- Ability to handle unexpected situations with professionalism and efficiency.
**Computer Skills**:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office software.
- Familiarity with office equipment and basic IT troubleshooting.
**Organizational Skills**:
- Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Attention to detail in maintaining records and documentation.
**Communication Skills**:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to interact professionally with staff, students, and visitors.
