**JOB DESCRIPTION**
You will perform end-to-end analysis on code against business requirements and execution plans; while confirming correct usage of data sources, standard code, adherence to guidelines and regulations, and following best practice standards.

You must demonstrate independent judgement to perform analysis of business requirements and system specifications, reviewing various processes to improve control procedures. You will be self-motivated and self-directed and be able to thrive in a fast-paced and high-visibility work environment.

**Job responsibilities**
- Review User tools used across the Pricing teams for various deliverables
- Identify opportunity areas to implement new controls across various pricing execution processes
- Perform E2E on the process reviews
- Understand business requirements and create documentation for the same
- Identify and effectively trace to communicate on control gaps in the processes
- Work with appropriate business leads to determine the acceptable range for test results and performance
- Ensure proper version control and configuration management of all test objects developed and test environments used
- Creation & maintenance of the job aids & procedures for all the processes and control procedures
- Identify opportunities for automation
- Review existing VBA / Excel codes and automate wherever necessary

**Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills**
- Minimum of 4+ years’ experience in reviewing controls in business processes
- 2+ years experience in advance coding VBA / Excel macros
- Support audit processes and help them to understand the process and also document the findings
- Worked in a Risk and control environment in any domain especially managing the teams control procedures and documentation of those.
- Team player with the ability to work independently, ability to work multiple problems simultaneously
- Be extremely detail-oriented in regard to verbal and written documentation and communication
- Experience in credit card domain preferred
- **Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills**:

- Experience in working in Agile working environment with strong communication
- Mainframe knowledge preferred
- Experience in working on automation tools like selenium and alteryx preferred
- Ability to communicate the control findings and implement the procedures to fix the gaps
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
