**Skills required**:

- bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Prior experience in a similar role working with NetSuite ERP.
- Solid understanding of business processes and requirements.
- Strong data management abilities.
- Ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships and a high level of customer service.
- Proficient understanding of relational databases.
- NetSuite certifications (e.g., NetSuite Administrator, NetSuite ERP Consultant) are a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

**Responsibilities**:
As a NetSuite System Administrator, you will be responsible for managing, customizing, and supporting our NetSuite ERP system to ensure optimal performance and user productivity.

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows, and other routine tasks.
- Manage and prioritize ongoing support requests and administrative needs of users.
- Develop, test, and deploy customizations, custom objects, and new functionality based on evolving business needs.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of NetSuite functionality, customization, and integration capabilities.
- Facilitate and lead team training, troubleshooting, and other user support as needed.
- Collaborate with various teams (e.g., finance, operations, sales) to understand their business needs and translate them into system solutions.
- Monitor system performance and usage to ensure high availability and efficient operations.
- Prepare documentation and create reports on system configuration and workflow.
