**The Opportunity**

The Netsuite Administrator will join a dynamic Business Operations Team to get the most out of a work class technical stack to support the business. You will help colleagues in the Finance, Quoting and Sales departments to make business transactions and data insights from them as frictionless as possible. They will interpret business requirements, translate into technical specifications and work with colleagues to implement and deliver solutions. They will also play a key role in ongoing system analysis and maintenance, trouble shooting and best practices recommendations as it relates to NetSuite solutions.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Working with internal stakeholders to analyse complex needs and issues, and assess how NetSuite can be utilized as a solution
- Possessing a deep understanding of Netsuite's data structures and reporting capabilities you will be able to deliver answers to queries and use data analysis to identify data issues that need to be corrected
- Working with Salesforce admins to maintain and improve Worktato recipes to improve integration between Salesforce CPQ and Netsuite
- Leveraging native functionality where possible or and deploying customizations, custom objects, new functionality and SuiteApps based on evolving business needs.
- Undertaking thorough testing of functionality and updating of tickets to enhance system maintainability
- Ensuring configuration and Operation of Zone Advanced billing meets business operations needs
- Assisting with data analysis, reporting needs, continuous improvement initiatives, chance management and support for optimal usage within NetSuite.
- Providing support to debug and troubleshoot production issues, and coordinate with Netsuite Support for issues that cannot be resolved internally.
- Performing functional configuration and enhancements, system maintenance and business process testing for NetSuite maintenance, which includes managing custom fields, forms, records, workflows, searching and reporting, and user roles to support business requirements.
- Supporting end users with queries and usage issues
- Bachelor's or Master's Qualification in Computer Science or related discipline
- Five years' technical experience of which a minimum of three years' experience as Netsuite Administrator
- Netsuite Administrator Certification
- Experience of Netsuite used in conjunction with Salesforce CPQ
- Experience of utilizing Netsuite within the SaaS Industry
- Proven ability to assimilate technical details quickly and develop sound technical solutions
- Strong understanding of billing and revenue recognition processes
- Deep understanding of Netsuite Data structures
- High quality organizational and leadership skills
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills

**Nice to Haves**:

- Experience of working with integration platforms (Workato etc.)
- Experience of data migrations or data improvement projects in Netsuite
- Experience in using Zone Advanced Billing with Netsuite
